Agliata Per Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of bread slice (stale); crusts removed
2 Tbsps of warmed stock
1 c of toasted walnuts
1/2 c of parsley (fresh); stemmed
3 pcs of garlic cloves (medium); chopped
1/8 tsp of pepper (black)
1/2 tsp of salt
6 Tbsps of oil (olive oil)
Instructions:
Soak bread on stock; squeeze excess amount of mixture out. Combine them with garlic, parsley, walnuts, salt, and pepper inside the processor. Gradually add oil while processing the mixture till paste becomes thick.
