Aioli Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of egg (separated)
5 pcs of garlic cloves (medium); crushed or minced
1 Tbsp of prepared mustard
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
3/4 c of oil (olive oil)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Whisk yolks, garlic, and mustard inside a boil. Gradually add half the olive oil onto the mixture, while whisking continuously.
Gradually add the juice and the rest of olive oil, while whisking continuously. Season salt & pepper then place inside the refrigerator till chilled.
