Alfredo Sauce Recipe III

Ingredients:

4 c of milk (non fat)
1 Tbsp of salt (garlic)
2 Tbsps of Molly McButter
1/4 c of starch (arrowroot)
1/4 c of water
1 c of shredded cheese (non-fat Mozzarella)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (white, to taste)

Instructions:

Combine milk, garlic salt, Molly McButter, water, salt, and pepper inside a saucepan; let it boil. Mix together (cold) water with starch; gradually add onto sauce, while constantly stirring. Simmer mixture for two mins.

Take out from the heat then gradually add cheese, while blending thoroughly.
