All Purpose Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 c of oil (salad)
1/4 c of bourbon (sherry, or wine)
1 tsp of garlic (powder)
2 Tbsps of soy sauce
Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions:

Combine oil, soy sauce, bourbon, garlic powder, and pepper; mix thoroughly then pour onto the meat. Place inside the refrigerator. This can be also be used as a baste for your grilling.
