Ann’s Honey-Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1 c of wine (white)
1 c of buttermilk
2 Tbsps of flour
3 Tbsps of mustard (honey)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Place the butter inside a bain-marie. Once butter melts, add the flour, stir thoroughly till formed to roux.
Add the wine, mustard, and buttermilk; stir thoroughly till smooth. If the sauce becomes very thick, gradually add little amount of water or water till its consistency is good. Season salt and pepper.
