Apricot-Ginger Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
14 pcs of apricots (dried); cut each into 3 strips
1/2 c of juice (cranberry)
1-1/2 c of cranberries (fresh or frozen); thawed if frozen
1/2 c & 1 Tbsp of sugar (refined)
1 Tbsp of ginger (fresh); pared and minced
Instructions:
Soak apricots on (cranberry) juice inside a saucepan, at about 10 mins. Add cranberries, sugar, and ginger; stir thoroughly.
Cook above moderate heat then stir occasionally for 5 mins till syrup becomes slightly thick and cranberries pop.
Let it cool then place inside the refrigerator, covered, till sauce has chilled thoroughly.
