Apricot Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

2/3 c of apricot preserves (or jam)
1/3 c of horseradish (white, prepared or freshly grated)
1 Tbsp of juice (freshly squeezed lime)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Combine horseradish and jam inside a bowl; whisk thoroughly till smooth. Add juice then whisk well; season salt & pepper. Transfer on an airtight jar and place inside the refrigerator till needed. Reheat sauce before serving.
