Bacon & Pepper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 lb of bacon
1 pc of pepper (green); cut to dices
1 pc of pepper (red); cut to dices
1 pc of onion (medium); chopped
2 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped
1/6 c of butter (unsalted)
4 Tbsps of oil (olive oil)
10 pcs of tomatoes (plum); chopped
1/4 c of wine (white)
1 pc of pepper (hot) halved then seeded
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Saute the bacon till crisp then drain the grease. Add oil and butter then saute garlic and onion. Add the peppers then saute for 5 mins. Add wine and tomatoes; cook for 15 mins.
Remove the (hot) pepper then season salt & pepper.
