Baker’s Best Spiked Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 c of sugar
12 ounces of fresh cranberries
Peel of an orange; julliened
1 c of wine (red)
1 stick of cinnamon
Instructions:
Place wine & sugar in saucepan then boil for 60 secs. You add orange peel, cinnamon & cranberries then continue boiling. Simmer w/o cover for about 10 mins ’til cranberries will burst & sauce is slightly thickened.
You remove pan from the heat & discard stick of cinnamon. Cool then transfer into bowl. Refrigerate.
