Barbecue Sauce Recipe VI
Ingredients:
1/4 c of packed sugar (brown)
2 tsps of salt
2 tsps of paprika
2 tsps of dried mustard
1/2 tsp of powdered chili
2 bayleaves
1/4 c of Worcestershire-sauce
1/2 c of vinegar cider
2 c of tomato-juice
1 c of water
1/2 c of catsup
Instructions:
Combine everything in a large sized saucepan placed over high-heat. Heat ’til boiling then reduce the heat & simmer for 30 mins ’til it starts to thicken. You discard the bayleaves prior to serving.
