Barbecue Sauce Recipe VI
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps juice of lemon
1 c of steak-sauce
2 Tbsps of dried parsley
1/2 tsp of celery
seeds
2 c of khup
1 & 1/2 c of dry wine (red)
2 Tbsps of chopped garlic
1/4 of Louisiana hotsauce
1/2 c of oil (olive)
4 tsps of salt
1/2 c of chopped bellpepper
1/2 c of wine-vinegar
2 c of chopped onions
Instructions:
Saute the bellpepper & onions in oil. You add the wine & garlic & remaining ingredients. Let mixture boil then cover. Cook it over low-fire for 2 hrs or more.
Use only on cooked barbecue.
