Barbecue Sauce Recipe VII

Ingredients:

Pepper
1 medium can of beer
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 Tbsp of mustard
2 Tbsps of Worcestershire-sauce
2 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1 c of water
1 c of Heinz chili-sauce
3 Tbsps of vinegar
1 clove garlic; chopped finely
1 large onion; chopped finely
1/2 c of butter

Instructions:

Saute the garlic & onion in heated butter in saucepan. Cook ’til onions become transparent then add remaining ingredients. Boil the simmer for 10-15 mins.
