Barbecue Sauce (Star) Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of oil
Pepper (white)
Salt
1 Tbsp of tomato-paste
3 Tbsps juice of lemon
3 Tbsps of honey
1 Tbsp of ginger (fresh)
1 garlic clove; minced

Instructions:

Have oil heated in pan then add ginger & garlic. Suate about 2 mins then add tomato-paste, juice of lemon & honey. Season w/ pepper & salt. Let mixture simmer about 5 mins.
