Basic Fruit Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of cold juice (mixed fruits)
2 tsps of cornstarch
1 Tbsp juice of lemon
1/4 c of sugar
A pinch of cream-of-tartar
1 c of fruit-juice
Instructions:
Combine 1 c juice w/ lemon flavored juice, cream-of-tartar & sugar in saucepan. Heat ’til boiling. You add the cornstarch into cold juice then add into boiling mixture. Continue cooking ’til clear & bit thickened.
