Basic Red Chile Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of vinegar cider
A pinch of oregano (dried)
2 cloves garlic (large); chopped
2 Tbsps of veggie oil
2 Tbsps of flour
4 c of water
8 dried chiles (red)
Instructions:
Wear gloves in removing seeds & stems of chili w/ the aid of your knife. Have them washed then place them in saucepan filled w/ water. Boil them over high-heat about 5 mins. Stand for 10-15 mins.
Transfer into processor then pulse for 20-30 secs ’til skins become chopped-finely. Strain then press chiles w/ spoon.
Combine oil & flour in skillet. Saute mixture over low-heat about 2 mins. Add vinegar, oregano, chili-mixture & garlic. Stirring well. Simmer about 15-20 mins. Store inside your fridge w/ tight cover for maximum of five days.
