Beef In Wine & Sour Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of paprika
1 lb of beef; julienned
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1/3 c of chopped onion
1/2 c of wine (dry, white)
1 c of sour cream (dairy)
1/2 c of pickles (sour); cut thinly
Instructions:
Sprinkle paprika onto meat then rub thoroughly. Heat butter on a skillet then cook meat for 2 to 3 mins; stir constantly to break them apart. Transfer meat on a plate.
Add onion on used skillet then cook for a min; stir occasionally. Add wine then cook till reduced by half.
Reduce heat then add (sour) cream; stir thoroughly and don’t boil the mixture. Place meat back then add pickles; cook till heated through while stirring.
