Beef With Hot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lbs of beef (chuck roast)
1/2 c of onion; chopped
1/2 c of celery; chopped
1/2 c of pepper (green); chopped
Water
1-1/2 c of catsup
3 Tbsps of hot sauce (taco)
2 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
2 Tbsps of vinegar
2 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely
1 pc of bay leaf
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of mustard (dry)
1 tsp of chili (powder)
8 pcs of burger buns
Instructions:
Place onion, pepper, meat, and celery inside a (Dutch) oven then cover water on them. Cover the pan tightly then cook gently for 2.5-3 hrs till tender. Take out the meat and let it cool then shred them; place them back to the pan.
Add hot sauce, catsup, sugar, (bay) leaf, garlic, vinegar, salt, powdered chili, and mustard. Cook gently for one hr. Discard the (bay) leaf then serve the sauce on burger buns.
