Beer Sauce For Baked Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sauce (medium white)
1 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 tsp of paprika
2 tsps of Worcestershire
1 c of beer (any brand)
1 tsp of mustard
1 Tbsp of capers
Instructions:
Combine sauce, Worcestershire, cheese, mustard, and paprika on a saucepan. Stir above gentle heat till cheese has melted.
Gradually add the beer while constantly stirring. Stir in the capers and serve the sauce hot over baked fish fillets.
