Boston Chicken Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of canned cranberry sauce (jellied)
10 oz of orange marmalade (Smucker’s simply fruit)
1/4 tsp of ginger (ground)
2 c of cranberries (fresh); sliced horizontally
1/3 c of walnuts; chopped finely
Instructions:
Combine jellied cranberry sauce, ginger, and orange marmalade inside a saucepan above moderately low heat; stir constantly using a rubber spatula and cook for 6 to 8 mins.
Add cranberry slices and stir occasionally. Continue to cook and stir occasionally till cranberries become tender.
Add walnuts and stir thoroughly. Let it cool then transfer on a sterilized jar, cover tightly and place inside the refrigerator. Consume within 7-10 days.
