Butter Sauces Recipe

Ingredients:

3 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely
1 pc of chile (Ancho); toasted briefly and ground
2 Tbsps of oregano (fresh); chopped
1 Tbsp of tequila (gold)
3 Tbsps of pecans; chopped
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1/2 c of butter (unsalted)

Instructions:

Combine garlic, chile, oregano, tequila, pecans, salt, pepper, and butter inside a saucepan. Mix them well and heat till blended smoothly.
