Chinese Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of catsup
3 Tbsps of soy sauce
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
1 Tbsp of ginger (ground)
2 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely
1 Tbsp of liquid smoke
Instructions:
Combine catsup, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, liquid smoke, and garlic inside a saucepan above medium-low heat. Cook till sugar dissolves and mixture is bubbling.
