Aioli Sauce – Garlic Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients:
5 pcs of garlic cloves (medium)
1 pc of egg (at room temperature)
1 c of oil (olive oil)
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
Instructions:
Crush garlic inside a blender then add eggs; blend them for fifteen secs. Gradually add oil, while blending continuously. Transfer on a bowl then add juice; stir thoroughly.
