Louisiana Hot Pepper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of distilled vinegar (white)
2 lbs of cayenne (or jalapenos); seeded then chopped
2 tsps of salt
Instructions:
Combine salt, peppers, and vinegar inside a saucepan above moderate heat; let it simmer for 5 mins.
Transfer on a food processor; process till smooth. Store inside an airtight jar and cover tightly. Let it age for three months or more. Strain the mixture before using.
