Anglers` Remoulade Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ounce of anchovy paste
2 cups of mustard
1/2 ounce of juice (lemon)
1 ounce of grated onion
1 ounce of wine (sherry)
1/4 ounce of hot sauce (Tabasco)
1/2 ounce of Worcestershire
2 cups of mayonnaise
Instructions:
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, anchovy paste, lemon juice, onion, wine, hot sauce, and Worcestershire inside a blwnder; blend till smooth. This sauce is for seafoods, such as crab meats, shrimps, lobsters, scallops.
