Basil-Ricotta Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
15 oz of Ricotta Cheese (part skimmed)
1/2 c of basil (fresh); chopped
1/2 c of onions (green); sliced
1/2 c of roasted peppers (red); cut to dices
1/4 c of cheese (Parmesan)
1/4 c of broth (chicken)
2 Tbsps of oil (olive oil)
2 Tbsps of wine (white)
2 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped very finely
Instructions:
Combine Ricotta, basil, onions, roasted peppers, Parmesan, broth, oil, wine, and garlic inside a bowl; mix thoroughly. Season salt & pepper.
