Peaches In Wine Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of water
8 medium peaches
1/3 c of wine (white)
3/4 c of sugar
Instructions:
You scald the peaches then peel off their skins. Combine water & sugar in medium skillet then cook for 5 mins. You add the peaches & simmer for 5 mins.
Add the wine & continue simmering for 5 more mins. Baste thrice while you are cooking. You transfer the peaches into bowl then cover w/ syrup. Have them refrigerated then serve once chilled.
