Cheese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

3 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
3 Tbsps of flour (unbleached)
2 c of hot milk
1 c of cubed cheese (Mozzarella)
1 c of cubed cheese (Fontina)
1 c of cubed cheese (Provolone)

Instructions:

Melt butter inside a saucepan above gentle heat then add flour; stir thoroughly till blended well. Add milk then stir constantly till sauce becomes thick and smooth. Add cheeses then stir thoroughly till melted. Use warm.
