Chick Peas In Olive-Tahini Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of oil (olive oil)
2 pcs cloves of garlic; chopped finely
1 pc of onion (small); chopped coarsely
3 pcs of celery (stalks, large); chopped coarsely
1 pc of bell pepper (medium, green or red); chopped
Sauce (Olive-Tahini)
3 c of chick peas (cooked)
1/4 c of wheat germ
1/2 tsp of marjoram
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1/4 tsp of coriander
Pepper (black, to taste)
Instructions:
Heat the oil on a skillet then add onion, celery, and garlic; saute until onion becomes translucent and tender. Add (bell) pepper then saute until vegetables have browned slightly.
Take out from the heat and pour over the sauce together with chick peas, wheat germ, marjoram, soy sauce, coriander, and back pepper. Place skillet above gentle heat; let it simmer for 5-7 mins.
