Chicken & Pepperoni Pasta Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken breast fillet; cut to bite-size pieces
88 grams of pepperoni; cut to bite-size pieces
350 grams of tomato sauce (canned)
Shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Parmesan)
Oil (olive oil)
1/2 tsp of crushed pepper (red)
1/2 tsp of oregano (dried)
3 tsps of garlic powder
Onions; cut to dices
Instructions:
Place a little oil on a skillet above medium-high heat then add chicken. Sprinkle over a little oregano and pepper. Once chicken has almost cooked through, add pepperoni; cook till heated through. Drain off excess grease.
Place skillet above gentle heat then add (tomato) sauce, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and onions. Serve sauce hot onto freshly cooked pasta. Sprinkle over shredded cheese.
