Chili Sauce (Sugar Free) Recipe
Ingredients:
12 c of tomatoes (fresh); peeled and chopped
2 c of peppers (green); chopped
2 c of onions; chopped
2 tsps of salt
3/4 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
3/4 tsp of cloves (ground)
2 c of vinegar
3 Tbsps of artificial sweetener (liquid)
Instructions:
Combine tomatoes, peppers, onions, salt, cinnamon, cloves, vinegar, and artificial sweeteners inside a saucepan.
Let it simmer for 3-4 hours till thick. Pour onto hot sterilized jars and leave a quarter inch of headspace. Cover the jars and process for 15 mins on boiling (water) bath.
