Chocolate Sauce Fudgy Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of semisweet chocolate; chopped coarsely
1/2 c of corn syrup (light)
1/4 c of half-and-half (or cream)
1 Tbsp of butter (unsalted)
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Melt the chocolates inside a bain-marie with syrup; stir thoroughly to blend. Add the half-and-half then stir thoroughly.
Add butter then stir thoroughly. Take out from the heat then add the vanilla; mix thoroughly and serve at once or let it cool then place inside the refrigerator.
