Chile Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of chiles (jalapeno); seeded then chopped
2 Tbsps of onion; minced
1/2 c of stock (chicken)
1 tsp of salt
1/2 c of cream
1/2 tsp of cumin (ground)
1 Tbsp of butter
Instructions:
Combine chiles, onion, stock, cream, salt, and cumin inside a medium saucepan above moderate heat. Cook till reduced to half. Pour onto the blender; blend till pureed smoothly.
Place back onto the pan above gentle heat then add butter; whisk thoroughly till melted and mixture has blended well.
