Lemon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps of sugar (refined)
1 Tbsp of cornstarch
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
Grated zest from 1/2 pc of lemon
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of butter (unsalted)
1 c of water (boiling)
Instructions:
Combine cornstarch, sugar, and salt; mix them well. Gradually add water then cook inside a bain-marie till mixture becomes thick. Add butter then stir thoroughly till melted. Add lemon juice and grated zest; stir thoroughly.
