3 c basil (fresh)
3-4 pcs garlic cloves
1.5 c pine nuts (toasted)
1/4 c Parmesan
1 c Olive oil
Sea-salt & Black-pepper
Instructions:
Using a food-processor, have the parmesan, garlic, pine nuts, and basil processed until they appear smooth. Then gradually add in oil using a steady stream during the entire mixing process.
Feel free to adjust olive-oil in your sauce according to personal preference. Then lastly add in sea-salt & black-pepper. You can also make this beautiful red pesto by adding in 1/2 c of tomatoes that were sun-dried. They’d be good too.
