Marinade & Basting Sauce For Brisket Of Beef Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of wine (red, dry)
3 tsps of salt
1 c of oil (olive oil or peanut oil)
3 Tbsps of mustard (Dijon)
2 Tbsps of vinegar (wine)
2 Tbsps of horseradish (prepared)
2 tsps of onion (powder)
3 Tbsps of juice (lime)
1 tsp of garlic (powder)
2 tsps of cayenne (ground)
Instructions:
Combine wine, salt, oil, mustard, vinegar, horseradish, onion powder, lime juice, garlic powder, and cayenne inside a bowl; whisk thoroughly till blended well. Use as marinade and for basting beef.
