Miso Sauce For Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of oil (safflower oil)
8 pc of scallions; chopped finely
2 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely
1/4 c of miso (yellow)
1 c of stock (vegetable); warmed
4 Tbsps of parsley (fresh); chopped
Instructions:
Heat the oil on a skillet then add garlic and scallions; saute them for three mins. Transfer on a bowl then add the miso.
Gradually add one cup of stock, while stirring constantly till blended well and smooth, adding more of liquid to make it thinner if preferred.
