Moroccan Red Pepper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of cayenne
1 Tbsp of cumin (ground)
2 pcs of garlic cloves; peeled
1 c of oil (olive oil)
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Crush the garlic with salt, forming the paste. Place a pan above moderate heat. Once hot, add oil together with mixture of spice. Cook for five mins, while constantly stirring. Serve hot with any couscous dish.
