Mustard & Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
450 ml of sauce (Bechamel)
1-1/2 Tbsps of French mustard (Moutarde de Meaux)
50 gm of grated cheese (Cheddar or Gruyere)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cream (to finish)
Instructions:
Slowly heat Bechamel sauce on a saucepan then add mustard; stir thoroughly till blended well. Add cheese then stir till melted. Season salt & pepper and add cream.
