New Age Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of margarine
1/2 c of milk
2 tsps of garlic; minced
2 Tbsps of flour
2 c of broth
Instructions:
Have margarine melted over low-heat then add flour. You cook mixture then add broth & garlic. Cook over mid-heat ’til mixture begins boiling & is becoming thick.
Frequently stir to avoid lump formation. Once sauce gets thickened, you lower the heat & add gradually your milk.
