New Mexico Green Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large onion; finely-chopped
1 Jalapeno-chiles
4 Poblano-chiles
2 Tbsps of veggie oil
1 garlic clove; chopped finely
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 c of whipped cream

Instructions:

Roast your Poblano-chiles then peel once done. Remove the seeds & chop them finely. Your Jalapenos must be chopped finely after removing the seeds.

Combine all of the ingredients, stir very well.
