Artichokes With Alfredo-Tomato Sauce

In order to create that sophisticated tasting sauce you’d need some extra special ingredients which you’d not normally find inside a regular Alfredo sauce recipe – the artichoke. This recipe requires one can artichokes, around five pieces tomatoes, one onion, one tablespoonful of garlic-powder, one half a cup fresh-basil, two tablespoonfuls of white wheat-flour & half a cup low-fat “rice milk”.

Begin by sauting vegetables, garlic and basil together with some of your artichokes’ juices. Then add in just a bit of flour while your vegetables are cooking, then add in milk in order to dilute a bit of the thickness. Then serve immediately to guests. This is a really special Alfredo kind of sauce which will be great atop any of your favorite pastas.

Bacon & Alfredo Sauce

In order to create that creamier and richer kind of sauce, do try out this recipe. The recipe requires half a pint of half-and-half, three tablespoonfuls of flour together with butter, two garlic cloves, 1/3 cup cheese (Parmesan), 1/4 cup parsley, & half a pound bacon.

In order to create this special sauce, melt butter using a regular sized saucepan, after butter has melted, slowly add in half-and-half, flour then finally your garlic. Let your sauce thicken but take extra care that it doesn’t burn.

Once it completely thickens, that’s the time you’ll add in the parsley, bacon & finally your cheese. Once done get ready to serve a wonderful sauce on top of any of your all time favorite pastas and do enjoy eating this wonderful dish together with family and friends, food always taste better if shared!

An Alfredo type of sauce might appear as sort of a challenging dish to create that should only be made by those great cooks, but actually you just might even surprise and amaze yourself by trying out this dish on your own and definitely impressing family and friends with this cooking masterpiece. Don’t be intimidated, but go ahead and try to make it
