Pasta Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
15 oz of low sodium pureed tomatoes
15 oz of low sodium tomato-sauce
6 ounces of no-salt tomato-paste
Ground pepper (red)
1/8 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of flaked parsley
1/2 tsp of basil
3 garlic cloves; minced
2 minced shallots
1 tsp of pepper (black)
1/2 c of wine (white)
Instructions:
Throw all ingredients into saucepan then simmer for 15-20 mins. Have the redpepper added last.
