Pasta With Alfredo-Pesto Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of fresh leaves of basil
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c of walnuts
1/3 c of oil (olive)
1 c of whipped cream
1 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1 pound of freshly cooked spaghetti
Instructions:
Combine garlic, nuts & basil in your processor then pulse ’til finely-chopped, gradually adding oil, processing ’til smooth. Add 1/2 c Parmesan then transfer this mixture into small-sized jar.
Place cream in thick saucepan then whisk prepared pesto in. Season w/ pepper & salt. Mix then add remaining Parmesan, tossing well to combine.
