Peanut-Chile Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 seeded green chile (Serrano); roasted & peeled
1/4 tsp of crushed red-piquins
1 pepper
2 chopped scallions; use only white portion
1/4 tsp of minced ginger
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp of peanut-oil
1/2 c of broth
1 tsp of dark-brown sugar
1/2 tsp of soysauce
1/4 c of peanut-butter
Juice from half lime
Instructions:
Saute ginger, garlic & onions in oil for 3-4 mins ’til soft. You add your broth then boil. You reduce the heat & add rest of the ingredients. Let mixture simmered for 5 mins ’til thickened.
