Pork Salad With Mustard-Soy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of mixed green veggies
8 cooked pork loin slices at room-temp
1 pc seeded red bellpepper; sliced thickly
2 Tbsps of Dijon-style mustard
1 Tbsp juice of lemon
1 & 1/2 tsps of soysauce
1 Tbsp of wine-vinegar
Pepper
3 & 1/2 tsps of oil (olive)
Instructions:
You arrange your green veggies at the middle then surround w/ sliced peppers & pork loin.
You prepare vinaigrette by mixing vinegar, juice of lemon, soysauce & mustard. Whisk the oil in then season w/ pepper & salt as desired. You drizzle this mixture over greens & pork.
