Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

4 c of tomato sauce (or 30 oz of jarred prepared spaghetti sauce)
1 lb of lean beef (ground)
1 pc of onion; chopped finely
1 c of wine (white)
1 Tbsp of basil (dried)
1 Tbsp of oregano (dried)
2 pcs of crushed bay leaves
1/8 tsp of pepper (white)
6 pcs of garlic cloves; crushed or minced
1-2 tsps of prepared crushed garlic

Instructions:

Cook beef inside a skillet till browned; drain off excess grease. Transfer on (unheated) crockpot. Place onions on same skillet and saute till slightly browned; add onto the crockpot with beef.

Add tomato sauce, wine, basil, oregano, bay leaves, pepper and garlic inside the crockpot.

Cook above high heat till warmed. Reduce the heat into low then simmer the mixture for half an hour; stir occasionally.
